In Library Family Feud, patrons will fill out their guesses as to what some common answers are for things about the library. (Questions such as most popular books checked out, strangest requests from patrons, etc.) Questions will change once a week. Patrons will place their answer sheet in a box and correct asnwers will be revealed at the beginning of the next week.

Molly from Inhabit Yoga will introduce fundamental yoga breathing, postures, alignment, and core muscle engagement to support your lifelong yoga practice. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned veteran, you’ll benefit from getting back to the basics!

Calling all Crafters! This casual meetup is for crafters to bring their own projects and enjoy some creative company. Settle in, chat and work alongside others in a welcoming library space. Drop in anytime – stay for just a few minutes or the whole session. No supplies are provided; just bring what you need and enjoy the conversation.
Patrice Link offers an introduction to stretching focused on bringing balance, increased blood flow and relaxation to oneself. Adults are welcome to join us as they find inner peace through the benefits of stretching. A one-time registration is required.

The best way to get to know a beer style is by tasting multiple examples and comparing them, so join us as beer writer David Nilsen talks about the history of beers and guides us through a horizontal tasting of several different examples to pick up their subtle differences. We’ll also taste one wild card beer at the end just to mix things up!

Join the Tipp City Public Library as we celebrate America250 by participating in Ohio Goes to the Movies – a statewide celebration of movies showcasing Ohio’s actors, directors, writers, composers, locations, and topics, shown in cities and towns across the state.
Tipp City Public Library will be showing the film The Avengers (2012). The Avengers is about Earth’s mightiest heroes who must come together and learn to fight as a team if they are going to stop the mischievous Loki and his alien army from enslaving humanity. Popcorn and water will be available for patrons during the movie.
Ohio Connection: This film was made in Ohio, as well as Directed by two Ohioans (The Russo Brothers)
This program is funded by a grant from the Miami County Visitors Bureau.

Join us as Dee Gillis from Tipp City Senior Center teaches a 4-part beginners class on how to play mahjong. Players do not need to bring their own tiles, mats or cards. Supplies will be provided by the library.

Join us on Saturday, September 19, at 12:00 pm, as we take a field trip to Third Eye Brewing in Hamilton, Ohio.
Join us as we partner with the Tipp City Fire Department for a car seat safety inspection. The fire department will be in our back parking lot to give a safety demonstration and inspect car seats in your vehicle.
We will cordone off a section of the library and Coldwater parking lot, but be advised vehicles will still be able to come and go.
Games and activities will be provided for any children present near the back entrance of our building, within eyesight of parents. Supervision will also be provided.

Compete in a jigsaw puzzle competition with the Tipp City Public Library, Topsy Turvy Toys and Tipp-Monroe Community Services! The Tipp City Library will host the event and everyone is welcome to compete. Bring your team of up to four people to see if you can complete the puzzle in the shortest amount of time. Registration is available at the TMCS or through the library’s website. Limit of ten teams
