Services

The Tipp City Public Library feels that a connection with our community is of the utmost importance. Toward this goal, we have many outreach programs in place to better serve the Tipp City community. If you have an idea for an outreach program or would like more information on enrolling in a service, please call the Adult Services Librarian, Morgan Monnin, at 667-3826 x205.

Online Library Card Application

The Tipp City Public Library now offers an online library card application to be used for digital resources offered through the library. You must be 18 or over to request a library card online. Please be sure to enter all of your information accurately. For questions and concerns, please email us at info@tippcitylibrary.org. Homebound Delivery Services

Along with a fleet of dedicated volunteers, the Tipp City Library is proud to offer Homebound Delivery Services. This service is offered to individuals who are, for the short- or long-term, unable to come to the library in person. We deliver to private homes as well as local nursing homes and assisted living facilities. The Adult Services Librarian will complete Readers Advisory with the patron, and we can get titles that are requested, or have the Librarian select the titles you receive. This service is available with both large print or regular print books, DVDs, books on CD, or other materials.

Teacher Collections

Are you teacher or parent who home-schools? Tipp City Public Library offers Teacher Collections centered around what you need to teach! Simply call or stop by the library and request a Teacher Collection. You can specify the number of items, the subject, and an age range the items need to be appropriate for.

Additional Services

You can talk to staff about Notary Services, printing and faxing, lamination, meeting room reservations, voter registration, Golden Buckeye cards and living wills.

The following items are available for checkout. Please see a staff member for more information.

Sensory Bags:

Thanks to funds from a grant from the Tipp City Foundation, The Tipp City Library has recently made a limited number of children’s sensory bags available. Sensory bags can be helpful for children with anxiety, ADHD, to fine tune motor skills, or just to have fun with. Each bag contains 1 set of headphones, 1 set of monkey noodles, 2 bean bag squishy shapes, 2 stress balls, and 5 assorted fidget toys. Sensory bags are part of our library of things and may be checked out for a total of 7 days. If all bags are checked out, holds may be placed. At this time we are not accepting renewals.
