The Tipp City Library offers an extensive “Library of Things,” where community members can borrow a wide range of tools, equipment, games, and more. From power tools like a reciprocating saw and power washer to fun items like board games, art easels, and even an air fryer, there’s something for everyone. Items are available for checkout, helping you tackle projects, explore hobbies, or enjoy family activities. Discover everything available and start bringing your ideas to life!

Steve Slanker Tool Lending Library

The Steve Slanker Tool Library was made possible through the generosity of the Slanker Family, who doanted these tools in memory of Steve’s unwavering spirit of service and craftsmanship. This library is not only a tribute to his legacy, but also a lasting gift to the community that will continue to help people of all skill levels accomplish their projects for years to come. 

We thank the Slanker family for their support, and we invite you to take full advantage of these tools to bring your ideas to life, just as Steve would have done.

Parking Cones

The library has two sets of parking cones for drivers training practice. Help your teens with maneuverability and parallel parking with these handy sets of cones & poles. 

Sensory Bags

Thanks to funds from a grant from the Tipp City Foundation, The Tipp City Library has recently made a limited number of children’s sensory bags available. Sensory bags can be helpful for children with anxiety, ADHD, to fine tune motor skills, or just to have fun with. Each bag contains 1 set of headphones, 1 set of monkey noodles, 2 bean bag squishy shapes, 2 stress balls, and 5 assorted fidget toys. Sensory bags are part of our library of things and may be checked out for a total of 7 days. If all bags are checked out, holds may be placed. At this time we are not accepting renewals.

Air Fryer

Thinking about getting an Air Fryer Oven? Try ours out and see how you like it.

Blood Pressure Monitor

This upper arm blood pressure monitor is for monitoring adults arterial blood pressure. You can quickly and easily measure your blood pressure by following the instruction book included in the kit. Monitoring your blood pressure and controlling it in conjunction with your physician can lower your risk of stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and kidney disease.
